Jeff Albrecht

President and CEO
As President and CEO, Jeff Albrecht has guided Arrowhead to 10 consecutive years of growth and profitability. Under his leadership, Arrowhead has become known as the ePRO industry leader in technology, customer loyalty, and as a place where employees and teams can perform their best work.

Jeff has more than 20 years of biopharmaceutical industry leadership experience. Prior to Arrowhead, he was General Manager of Paragon Scientific Corporation's Internet drug store division. Jeff also served 10 years in product management and sales management roles with Rhone-Poulenc Rorer where he was instrumental in expanding the company's biologicals business. Early in his career, he was an award-winning salesperson in the pharmaceutical and business forms industries.

Jeff graduated in finance from The University of Oregon and from Nijenrode, The Netherlands School of Business. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and two sons. When not working or spending time with his family, he can often be found riding his mountain bike with the Arrowhead Racing Team.

Shae Wilkins

Vice President, Business Development
Shae Wilkins leads Arrowhead's worldwide business development operations, leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs gained from 10 years of ePRO experience. In his role as Vice President of Business Development, he has developed and implemented key strategies and processes that have produced high customer retention rates, and a rapidly growing sales pipeline.

Shae began his career with Arrowhead in 2001 and was quickly promoted to Vice President of Account Services where he built Arrowhead's world-class global delivery and services organization. Throughout his career at Arrowhead, he has acted to align Arrowhead's internal teams with customers' needs.

Prior to Arrowhead, Shae led project management activities for CostDoctor, Inc. during its market launch. He began his career in the clinical technologies market as a software developer working on patient diary technologies for a homecare services company.

Shae graduated with degrees in International Business and Spanish from St. Edward's University, where he was the captain of the basketball team. He lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family and often can be found running, biking, or hiking.

Daniel Derr

Vice President, Technology
Daniel Derr has been an architect and developer of software applications for 20 years, spanning multiple industries including gaming, semiconductors, retail and clinical technologies. As Vice President of Technology, he is responsible for leveraging new technologies to meet and anticipate customers' needs for ePRO.

Daniel is the original architect for Arrowhead's first ePRO solutions completed in 2000. Since then, he and his teams have created valuable competitive technology advantages for Arrowhead in the ePRO market, including ePRO-LOG™, the multi-mode configurable ePRO engine and ePRO-NOW™, the revolutionary Study Build Application that lets study teams develop ePRO studies in real-time.

Daniel studied software development at The University of Texas. For recreation, he enjoys fishing on the Texas coast with his family and friends.

Cindy Howry

Vice President, Client Services
Cindy Howry has over 25 years of experience in project management leadership, including 10 years in the ePRO industry. As Vice President of Client Services, she was instrumental in developing Arrowhead's strategies and procedures for ePRO project execution. Her teams have played a key role in Arrowhead's historically high customer retention rates.

Prior to Arrowhead, Cindy was Manager of Client Services at assiTek where she provided project leadership and managed teams through all phases of ePRO delivery, including customer support, training, shipping, and project management. Earlier in her career, she owned an IT consulting business and taught computer science at the college level for 15 years.

Cindy earned both a B.S. in Counselor Education and a Master of Science in Computer Science at the University of North Texas. She lives in Austin, Texas where she is surrounded by family and friends. When not working or spending time with family, Cindy can be found in Arizona hiking and blading in the valley of the sun.
