Project Manager

Summary of Position

Responsible for project schedules, timelines, customer communications and project documentation. The successful candidate will be an important part of the Arrowhead Client Services team and will work closely with customers and with internal teams.

Project Management

• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning of all project activities, deliverables and resources.
• Track and communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines, action items, and budgets.
• Document compliance with internal operating procedures and regulatory requirements.

Team Management

• Manage multi-discipline teams of internal and external resources.
• Interact and communicate regularly with team and client staff.
• Participate vigorously in decision-making processes.
• Embrace decisions and accountability for results.

Project Delivery

• Manage delivery of ePRO-LOG™ solutions.
• Assure that the work product and project deliverables are of the highest quality and satisfy client expectations.
• Assemble necessary documentation and records.
• Conduct quality assurance tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years experience as a clinical trials project manager
• Minimum 6 completed projects as a clinical trials project manager
• Travel

Desirable

• Foreign language
• CPM accreditation
• Experience with electronic patient diaries
• Training expertise
