Ensuring Quality
Quality is an integral part of every activity that affects the performance of Arrowhead's products and services. We have developed a Quality System to ensure that all products and services Arrowhead produces or delivers meet our customers' needs and expectations.
Our Quality System objectives are:
- Ensuring optimal, repeatable processes are in place that produce quality products for both our internal and external customers.
- Maintaining compliance with applicable international and national regulatory requirements.
- Continually improving products and processes.
- Consistently delivering products and services that meet or exceed all quality standards.

Committed to Quality
Quality is the responsibility of all employees within Arrowhead. The Director of Quality Assurance reports directly to the President and is ultimately responsible for ensuring compliance to the Quality System. The Arrowhead Leadership Team embraces the Quality System and continually participates in process improvements and Quality System initiatives. Our internal audit program independently evaluates all processes and implements, if needed, corrective actions and improvements throughout the organization.
One of Arrowhead's four core values is the continuous improvement of our people, processes and products. Quality is always recognized and rewarded at Arrowhead. This fact was demonstrated when Arrowhead received a Level II Progress Award by the University of Texas Center for Performance Excellence, an affiliate of the Baldrige National Quality Program.
Quality System Documentation
Our Quality System documentation ensures maintenance of repeatable, optimized processes and compliance in a regulated industry. The standardized documentation provides vision, process definition, detailed instruction and supporting documentation.
