Committed to Quality

Quality is the responsibility of all employees within Arrowhead. The Vice President of Quality Assurance reports directly to the President and is ultimately responsible for ensuring compliance to the Quality System. The Leadership Team embraces the Quality System and continually participates in process improvements and Quality System initiatives. Our internal audit program independently evaluates all processes and implements, if needed, corrective actions and improvements throughout the organization.

One of Arrowhead's four core values is the continuous improvement of our people, processes and products. Quality is always recognized and rewarded at Arrowhead. This fact was on display recently as Arrowhead received a Level II Progress Award by the University of Texas Center for Performance Excellence, an affiliate of the Baldrige National Quality Program.

Our Quality System documentation ensures maintenance of repeatable, optimized processes and compliance in a regulated industry. The standardized documentation provides vision, process definition, detailed instruction and supporting documentation.
