Hardware Management

Across the globe, Arrowhead provides complete fulfillment services from deployment to delivery. Our fulfillment program involves five key components:

  • Order (Procurement) – We order hardware and negotiate pricing on behalf of the client.
  • Configure – We install our software onto the device, configuring each piece of equipment at any level – site, subject or CRO, whatever is most convenient for the client. This approach provides clients more flexibility to set up and use the device on an as needed basis, according to your enrollment schedule. We also have the capability to reconfigure equipment remotely, minimizing the number of devices deployed at each site.
  • Store – We store the devices until they are ready to be sent out according to their deployment schedule at no charge.
  • Package, Ship, Track – Arrowhead offers custom-branding to package each device. We send project team members a deployment tracker weekly, which details inventory per country and per site to assist with inventory distribution and allocation, and so that teams can stay informed and monitor the inventory status. We take care of customs management, custom delays, and incorrectly shipped packages. Our inventory software tracks all devices by serial number. In the field, study teams can track devices by Assigned Patient, Assigned Site, and Language using the ePRO-LOG Study Portal™.
  • Gather – We have an established return process, ensuring all data are safely transmitted to the server, devices are clean, and are ready for use again.

Our procurement and logistics center is controlled by cameras with entrances secured by key card locks, allowing access to only leadership and hardware management team members.
