We assign one project manager to serve as the study’s single point of contact and accountability to ensure consistent and successful performance throughout the project lifecycle. This approach delivers continuity in an environment where we collaborate with global study teams in varying time zones that have differing regulatory environments, language barriers, and cultural differences.
A key component of our on-time, error-free track record is the disciplined execution of our “closed-loop project system.” Arrowhead project managers follow a comprehensive project schedule with hundreds of tasks, dependencies, and resource requirements and track this information in real-time, from contracts through close out.
