Usability and Form Design

Because data input errors (including patient non-compliance) are the most frequent type of ePRO errors, Arrowhead has engineered ePRO-LOG™ to use a graphics-based approach for designing forms. Study teams are no longer constrained by default form design widgets prescribed by Palm OS or Windows Mobile. Study teams can now draw up any form they wish and incorporate it into their study. While doing so, Arrowhead's expert consultants will review and optimize each form for the four components of usability: learnability, efficiency, error management and user satisfaction.
